The business was founded by David Bilsborough in 1996 with the intention of providing a professional customer experience. The business continues to provide fantastic used cars with options part exchange your existing vehicle quickly and easily, either by visiting us here in Crewe, Cheshire or by using our excellent UK home delivery service, first offered in 2011. If you choose our delivery service, you only fully pay for the car once you have received, inspected and driven, then approved the car and not before.

Each car we consider has to undergo rigorous checks both before we physically inspect it and when we inspect it. The majority of cars we purchase are directly from their owners. We don’t buy every car, only the very best.

All our used cars, once sourced, are passed through our bespoke workshop and preparation processes. This includes checking with the manufacturers for any outstanding recall notices. All cars are offered with our own UK-wide warranty if outside of the manufacturer warranty, plus we abide by all your statutory rights.

David was one of the original founding members of the Independent Motor Dealers Association. Founded to help and provide support to the best independent motor dealer businesses. Our clients sometimes choose to buy from us unseen after seeing our quality images and video reviews of the car. While we accept buying a car unseen is not for everyone, it is always humbling for us when someone does just that. This is possible as we spend many hours carefully detailing every inch of every used car.

Our used cars come standard with what other dealers charge extra for. Each car undergoes a safe wash down of up to four hours before undergoing a full body machine polish and then a ceramic treatment. We spend hours detailing and forensically cleaning every area. Including fuel caps, wheel nuts, valve caps, brake callipers and hubs, including every inch of the interior. It takes as long as it takes. Then and only then will we image the car before finally providing a full video review hosted both on our YouTube channel and inside of our website.

Our YouTube channel has received over 1.4 million views and is now approaching 2,000 channel subscribers. It is well worth a visit as we host not only car reviews but helpful tips and advice videos; we would be delighted for you to subscribe and share the channel.
